CloudWeave processes the information needed to operate the storefront, AI customization, checkout, fulfillment, support, and after-sales workflows.
Information we collect
- Account and order details, including name, email, phone, shipping address, items, payment status, and fulfillment status.
- Design inputs, uploaded images, generated previews, approval records, and production notes.
- Support conversations, return reasons, photos, and escalation records.
- Technical information such as device, browser, IP address, cookies, page activity, and conversion events.
How we use information
We use information to process orders, payments, AI designs, production, shipping, customer support, fraud prevention, site improvement, and legal or platform compliance.
Service providers
We may work with Shopify, Supabase, Cloudflare R2, Vercel, payment providers, logistics partners, AI providers, analytics tools, and notification services. Full payment card details are handled by payment providers and are not stored by CloudWeave.
Design files, international processing, and retention
Uploaded images and generated designs may be processed by AI, storage, and fulfillment providers in other countries. We share only what is needed for design, payment, production, delivery, and support. Design files are deleted or anonymized after order completion and the support period unless they must be retained for disputes, rights complaints, tax, or legal obligations. Do not upload a minor's image without guardian consent or personal material you do not have the right to use.
