Products and orders
We try to present product details, pricing, sizing, materials, and lead times accurately. Reasonable variation may occur because of screens, production batches, textile handling, and cross-border fulfillment. You are responsible for accurate shipping details, contact information, sizing, and customization inputs.
AI customization and uploaded content
You confirm that you have the rights needed to upload images, prompts, artwork, and other materials. You allow us to process those materials for previews, production files, fulfillment, and support. Do not upload illegal, infringing, hateful, explicit, harassing, or privacy-violating content. We may refuse customization requests that are unsuitable for production or violate policy.
Payment, taxes, and cancellation
Payments are processed through Shopify Checkout or other enabled providers. Cross-border orders may incur duties, import taxes, customs fees, or destination charges unless expressly included at checkout. Custom orders may not be cancellable once the artwork is approved and production begins.
